Asbestos law firm

How do you know when you have an Asbestos case? Well bodily harm or physical impairment must be shown by the plaintiff.  This usually means furnishing proof thatasbestos was the leading contributor (rather than other factors such aslong-term smoking) to their asbestosis, and that asbestos was the direct causeof their asbestosis.  Typically, thefollowing types of proof of injury concerning asbestosis will be sufficient: 1)A chest x-ray corroborating the presence of asbestosis that satisfies orexceeds the prescribed range and 2) the opinion of a  board-certified pathologist that thepatient's respiratory impairment has attained a certain level and that he orshe has a certain scarring pattern.
